Fifteen representatives of Latin America and the Carib had the opportunity to share, to learn and develop new relations to improve the initiatives of proxy of funds, which achieved across the appointment that they gave to themselves in Dallas during NAYDO's annual Conference (North American YMCA Development Organization) created in the anus 1980.

Thanks to the solidarity of the YMCA USA across the International Group, fifteen representatives of seven national Movements and the General Secretary of YMCA Latin America and the Carib could take part in this new edition of NAYDO's Conference realized in the city of Dallas, Texas.

Mas of 900 participants of the YMCAs of The United States and Canada and of 34 countries (including those of our region) they shared intensely these three days of conferences, workshops, desks, informal meetings of work.

 

NAYDO is a network created and stimulated by the persons in charge of Proxy of Funds in the local YMCAs of The United States and Canada.

 

There turns out to be extremely wealth-producing this possibility of knowing mas on the systems, methodologies and technologies across which every anus, the Movement collects million dollars in his(her,your) local communities, But more than a question than technologies, the work of the volunteers is inspiring and voluntary that integrate(repay) the Boards of directors together with the professional equipments(teams), to try(get) to be relevant in his(her,your) local communities involving them in the maintenance of the YMCAs in order that they continue serving the persons who mas need it.

 

More than a matter than money, the tens of good practices that appear, are histories of passion, confidence, organized and very effective work, communicated good, and managed with excellence.

The next Conference was carrying out in Charlotte in May, 2010. Surely in this year many of the lessons learned in this Conference will enrich the practices of proxy of Funds that are developing or that are planned start in the next months in 10 national Movements that integrate(repay) the Network(Net) of Proxy of Funds (RPF) of the ALCACJ/LACA.
